2009-2010 WINTER REGISTRATION IS COMING SOON
The 2009-2010 Winter season is almost here. The registration form is here . Registration forms will be coming home with students in March. There are some new changes coming in registration this summer that we will briefly outline here:
1. New swimmers or swimmers that have swum for CVAC within the last 12 months will have to try out for the team.
2. There will be two try out days: September 2, 2009 and/or October 7, 2009. Swimmers who do not pass the tryout on September 2 will have the opportunity to attend swim school and retry on October 7.
3. Registration will be on September 16 and September 21. REGISTRATION MUST BE IN PERSON. No mail in or drop off registrations will be accepted.
4. There will be three stations to pass through on the registration night. The first will be a coaches station where the swimmer will be assigned to one of the three teams (Mini, Red or White). The second will be the Aquatics Program registration where the forms and payment will be accepted. The third station is for the CVAC concession buy-in and swimmer t-shirt size information. A table will be set up for those wishing to register for USA swimming.
